What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested in advance, subject to availability and possible additional charges.
How do I book and pay?
Choose your villa and dates through our direct booking form. Once availability is confirmed, you can pay the full stay total online through GCash or bank transfer and upload your payment proof for verification.
Is there a refundable security deposit?
Yes. The deposit is ₱2,000 for a Standard or Family Villa and ₱8,000 total for a Villa Takeover. You may include it in your online payment or pay it separately upon check-in. It is returned after check-out when there are no damages. If your stay is cancelled, any prepaid security deposit is refunded in full.
What is included in every stay?
Every villa includes complimentary breakfast, air conditioning, a private balcony, a private shower and toilet with bidet, toiletries, and dipping pool access.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Small and medium pets are welcome within the limit for your selected villa. Declare each pet during booking so the pet fee is included in your online payment total. See our Pet Policy for complete rates and guidelines.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available and works well for everyday browsing and messaging, although speeds may be lighter than typical Manila connections. Globe mobile data is also strong in the area.
Is hot water available?
Not yet. Water heaters are planned, but they have not been installed at this time.
What are the pool and dining arrangements?
The dipping pool is open until 9:00 PM. Complimentary breakfast and drinking water are available for staying guests. Outside food is welcome in the dining area, with clean-as-you-go observed. Cooking is not allowed in the dining, restaurant, or café areas, and their kitchen equipment, ingredients, storage, and supplies are not included in any villa booking. Guests may use Nagomi’s outdoor grill for grilling only. Charcoal may be brought by the guest or purchased from the Nagomi team. Nagomi Restaurant & Café is coming soon.
