House Rules & Regulations

Welcome to Nagomi. To keep every stay comfortable and peaceful, please observe these rules throughout your visit. By checking in, you agree to these terms.

01 · Check-in & check-out

Check-in is at 1:00 PM; check-out is at 12:00 NN

Early check-in and late check-out may be requested in advance, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Register every guest

A valid ID is required upon arrival. Villa occupancy must not exceed the guest count declared when booking.

Refundable security deposit

Standard and Family Villas require ₱2,000 per villa. A Villa Takeover requires ₱8,000 total. Guests may include the deposit in their online payment or pay it separately upon check-in. It is returned after check-out when there are no damages. If the stay is cancelled, any prepaid security deposit is refunded in full. If damage exceeds the deposit, the guest may be charged for the difference.

02 · Villa & property care

Treat the villa and its contents with care

Handle furniture, fixtures, appliances, and amenities carefully. Report damage or concerns promptly. Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and use.

Turn off the aircon and lights when leaving

Air-conditioning runs on eco mode by default and stops when the set temperature is reached. Switch to cool mode for continuous cooling.

Keep shared spaces clean

Observe clean-as-you-go in common areas, dispose of trash in designated bins, and be considerate of other guests.

Report lost keys or lockouts immediately

Please contact the team right away. A replacement fee may apply to lost or unreturned keys.

03 · General house rules

No smoking anywhere on the property

This includes villas, balconies, the pool area, and all outdoor grounds.

No non-staying visitors

Only registered guests are allowed. Day visitors and other external company cannot be accommodated.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM

Keep noise to a minimum. Loud music, gatherings, and disruptive activity are not permitted during quiet hours.

Pets require prior notice

Maximum: 1 pet per Standard Villa, 2 pets in the Family Villa, or 4 pets for a Villa Takeover. Small pets up to 5 kg are ₱650 per pet/night; medium pets from 6–15 kg are ₱800 per pet/night. Large dogs cannot stay overnight. Declare all pets during booking so their fees are included in the online payment total.

04 · Pool

The dipping pool closes at 9:00 PM

Pool use is not permitted after 9:00 PM. Children must be supervised at all times in or near the pool.

Dry off and change before entering the dining area

After using the pool, please change into dry clothes before entering. Wet or damp clothing, swimwear, and wet hair are not permitted inside.

05 · Dining & food

Complimentary breakfast is served in the dining area

A limited breakfast selection is included with every stay and may also be enjoyed on your balcony. To maintain villa cleanliness, in-room dining is discouraged.

Complimentary drinking water is available

Drinking water is provided for staying guests. Please ask the Nagomi team whenever you need assistance or a refill.

Outside food is welcome in the dining area

Please clean as you go and tidy the area after every meal.

Cooking is not allowed in the dining, restaurant, or café areas

Staying guests may eat in the dining area. Restaurant and café equipment is not included in any villa booking. The kitchen, appliances, counters, ingredients, storage, and supplies must not be used.

The outdoor grill is complimentary for grilling only

Guests may use Nagomi’s outdoor grill for ihaw or grilling. Charcoal is not included, but you may bring your own or purchase it from the Nagomi team.

06 · Safety & emergencies

Use all facilities responsibly

Nagomi regularly inspects and maintains its facilities and provides posted safety rules and emergency contact information. Guests must use the pool, stairs, wet areas, outdoor grill, parking areas, and other facilities only as intended and with appropriate care. Children and guests requiring assistance must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Guests are responsible for their own conduct

To the extent permitted by law, Nagomi is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or related expenses resulting from a guest’s negligence, misuse of facilities, intoxication, prohibited activity, failure to follow safety instructions or house rules, or the actions of their children, visitors, or pets. The booking guest is responsible for actual damage and reasonable documented costs caused by their group. Nothing in these rules excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

CCTV operates in selected common areas only

For guest safety and property security, CCTV is used in selected common areas. There are no cameras inside any villa.

Know the emergency exits and fire equipment

Upon arrival, note the nearest exits and fire extinguishers. In an emergency, contact the front of house or the appropriate emergency service.

Keep personal belongings secure

Nagomi is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left unattended on the property.
