Effective September 11, 2026. Nagomi Villa Rental respects your privacy. This notice explains how we handle the personal information you provide when you inquire about or book a stay.
Information we collect
We may collect your full name, email address, mobile number, preferred contact method, Instagram username when selected, villa and stay dates, guest and pet details, special requests, payment method, and payment proof. Our website infrastructure may also process essential technical information, such as your IP address, browser or device information, security logs, and necessary cookies used to operate and protect the website.
Why we use your information
We use this information to check availability, respond to inquiries, verify payment, hold and confirm reservations, prepare booking records, communicate about your stay, provide guest assistance, prevent fraud or misuse, protect our guests and property, and comply with applicable accounting, tax, and legal obligations.
Who can access it
Access is limited to the owner and authorized members of the Nagomi team who need the information to manage your booking. Cloudflare processes website and stored information as our infrastructure service provider. We do not sell or rent guest information.
How long we keep it
Booking records and payment proofs are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer reservations and meet applicable accounting, tax, legal, dispute-resolution, and security requirements. When information is no longer required, we securely delete or dispose of it.
Payment proofs
Please upload only the transaction information needed for payment verification. Do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes, full card details, or unrelated account information. Payment proofs are available only to authorized Nagomi team members through the protected team area.
CCTV in common areas
For guest safety and property security, CCTV operates in selected common areas. There are no cameras inside any villa. Recordings are overwritten on a rolling basis as storage reaches capacity, unless footage must be kept longer to review a safety or security incident, protect legal rights, or comply with a lawful request.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including restricted team access and protected storage. No online system can guarantee absolute security, but we limit access and use information only for legitimate Nagomi operations.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, request access or correction, object to certain processing, or request deletion when the information is no longer legally or operationally required. You may also raise a privacy concern or complaint.
